Focaccia - Roman flat bread topped with caramelized onions, herbs and cheese


Mini Caprese Kabobs - Cherry tomatoes with fresh mozzarella pearls served with a basil pesto  and drizzled with balsamic reduction and olive oil


Caponata Crostini Canapes - Italian toast topped with a savory spread made of eggplant, zuchini, tomatoes and onions



Italian Pesto Club - A tricolor club sandwich honoring the the Italian flag made with verdant pesto mayo, smoked provolone cheese and topped with pepperoni and pancetta. 


Chicken with Mushrooms in White Wine Cream Sauce - Savory chicken served with pasta tossed lightly in a sauce made of herbs, butter and wine


Pollo a la Toscana -  Tuscan style  chicken cooked in a delectable tomato based sauce with mushrooms
